pk6365 will treat all activity conducted from your account as having been carried out by you personally. All bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account are your sole responsibility. All pk6365 financial transactions — both deposits and withdrawals — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk6365 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges for which pk6365 accepts no responsibility.
Deposits: The following payment methods are accepted on pk6365: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk6365 wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours during normal banking hours.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Sportsbook: Cricket bets — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and ICC tournament markets — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. pk6365 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by verified corruption, match-fixing, or any result that has been overturned by the relevant authority.

pk6365's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to pk6365 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk6365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or connectivity issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. pk6365 will endeavour to minimise such disruptions but accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform downtime.
pk6365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm your agreement to the pk6365 Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used to operate your pk6365 account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and improve the Platform. pk6365 does not sell your personal data to third parties. pk6365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
